These terms govern the procurement and servicing of GES industrial hardware.

1. Manufacturing & Sales

All products are manufactured to ISO standards. Sales are finalized upon technical validation of the site load profile. Warranty covers manufacturing defects of the core transformer/servo units.

2. Field Service & Support

Our service protocols involve regulated access to your power infrastructure. Service calls are logged in the GES digital grid to ensure maintenance continuity.

3. Liability Boundaries

GES is not liable for upstream grid failures beyond the thresholds of the installed equipment specifications.
